Bread Baking and Related Classes

Some members of the SPBC are now teaching classes at different locations around the Twin Cities, some in the co-ops, some in community education, and some in other venues.

I don’t have any current scheduling information for Mike. He taught some bread-related classes through Saint Paul community ed. His e-mail address became out of date, and we are no longer in contact.

Multigrain Breads, April 20, 6-8 p.m., at Mississippi Market
Yeast Gone Wild, May 11, 6-8 p.m., at Mississippi Market
